You will have to have a private vet inspect your home yearly as well as a USDA vet inspe. It will cost you $70 per year to renew you license. If you try to breed without a license you risk losing all your animals if the USDA gets wind of it. Get another female to keep her company and wait to become a breeder when you have your own home.
