Sugar Gliders bite for several reasons. If yours is a
new pet, it may still be scared and trying to defend
it's self. Try ignoring the bites for a while. Don't
jerk away or put him/her down untill a few minutes after
she/he is done biting you. This letts your new pet know it
won't do any good. If there is no reaction, what's the
point. You can also put a very mild diluted bit of red
pepper on your hands or wear brown (not white) gloves for
a few days. Also, try getting more trust with treats. Put
a treat in the palm of you hand and wait. It may take a
while, But your pet will climb up in time when comfortable
and start to bond.
