: I was wondering... I have an indoor cat. I really want a glider and I wanted to know if I only got my glider out in rooms where the cat couldn't get him, could I still get a glider? I would appreciate any comments on people with gliders and another indoor pet. Thanks!

I have two cats. One is deaf, and pays absolutely NO attention to my gliders. However, on more than one occasion I have found my other one on top of the cage... drooling!
This is our nightly routine... first, we do a room sweep to remove the cats and make sure they are NOT in the room. Then we take towels and place them under the door of our bedroom, on both sides. Basically, we use extreme caution!
Even if you have what seems to be the nicest kitty ever, please... NEVER underestimate a cat! Good luck! :)
