I really want a glider and I wanted to know if I only got my glider out in rooms where the cat couldn't get him, could I still get a glider? I would appreciate any comments on people with gliders and another indoor pet. Thanks! We have a really great cat. He's very placid almost to the point of being like a slug with hair, but I wouldn't trust him for a millisecond with Sydney. When he looks at her his pupils dilate and he is way too interested. We have a glider proof room and I always keep the door shut when Sydney is romping at night. Don't trust your cat, even for a second. Gliders are too small and the jumping they do is irresistible to cats. It would only take one swipe of the claw or one bite and you would have a tragedy.
