: I would appreciate anybody's help with this problem. I have 4 gliders, and 3 of them have an ear problem. I read the posts saying they need humidity, etc., but this is not the case here. It seems almost as if they have ear mites (similar to the ear mites a cat gets). I was on vacation and left the gliders with a vet major, and she called to tell me things were not going well with the ears. When I returned, one of my gliders was missing a portion of one ear, and the other ear looked as if it had been "trimmed" but was still hanging on by a thread. I have cleaned and disinfected their cage, and I have also disinfected their ears and covered them in Vaseline for the moment. Has anybody had this problem? What should I do? Please advise...
