I and many others have written with hard copy back ups.. This is the reply I recieved from Mass.
Commonwealth of Massachusetts Now we all knowm that as new as Gliders are to the states that some municpalities, cities and counties still don't allow "marsupials.. In the United States Marsupials are still considered Opposums. That is the leg hold we all must cover, as well as the survival in case od escape. Many city ordinances have the Sugar Glider written into their "blanket" law of marsupials, from where the opposums were kept as pets, and many times causeing havoc.. Please understand that we all have tried real hard to get the real Facts out here and many times understand when someone gets upset when they don't agree. So instaed of getting mad and telling people to get their facts straight, try helping us all, by getting ALL the facts.. I went through many agencies before getting to one to give me the regs.. It is possible that Weslaw don't have all the info.. BTW they are illegal in Mexico as well.. as well as many other countries.. I am more concerned with just the states..BTW try taking a pet glider into Australia and getting it back out..
