Hi everyone, My name is leslie, and I want a sugar glider.

I've been researching them for almost 3 months now, I've been in contact with SEVERAL friends who own them, and I love the bond they've created with their little pets.

One problem: I can't find ANYONE who breeds them within 3 states (I live in Richmond, Virginia) who isn't charging three hundred dollars a piece. I've heard you can find them elsewhere for as little as $125.. $125 is fine, but $300 is a stretch to a budget, considering I just purchased a HUGE cage for them.

Also: Is there a certain type of bedding anyone would reccomend? I've been considering Eucalyptus, but other suggestions would be helpful.
