I just wanted to tell you, we also have a Pet Land here in Topeka, KS, in a mall!! They don't have sugar gliders there, but all the dogs are in the tiniest cages, with only 1 toy, and they have to lay on those metal bars-- just so their waste can fall through and the people won't have to clean up so much. I always feel sorry for the animals there. I can't imagine WHAT I would do if I ever saw a glider being mistreated in the way you have!! That is SO sad! :(
