Hi Leslie. Don't worry--there are several breeders in
Virginia....have you found Ruth's Sugar Glider Breeder's
Database? Here's the URL:

Also there are some in surrounding states that you can find
on that database, if none of the breeders in Virginia have
any babies available. I am getting my sugar glider from a
breeder in North Carolina--they have a very good deal on a
Sugar Glider Complete Setup...but if you already have a cage
then their gliders are $109. My glider is coming Tuesday
so we'll see how she turns out!

: I've been researching them for almost 3 months now, I've been in contact with SEVERAL friends who own them, and I love the bond they've created with their little pets.

: One problem: I can't find ANYONE who breeds them within 3 states (I live in Richmond, Virginia) who isn't charging three hundred dollars a piece. I've heard you can find them elsewhere for as little as $125.. $125 is fine, but $300 is a stretch to a budget, considering I just purchased a HUGE cage for them.
