I just wanted to note this as well..just in case- cat food, though some say it is quite alright is very contreversial- it may be detrimental to your glider's life-span. Nuts should not be given to them in ANY large quantity as it can make them sick (bowels, etc) as for protein, mine loves boiled eggs, I normally give her a portion of one a night..cat food is great with phosphorus/something-a-rather ratio (it is specifically made to be, for cats) but you can also give her eggs, cooked chicken... (not deli meat *preservatives/salt*) with a tiny bit of cottage cheese or natural yogurt (watching for aspertame)a couple times a week to help with the ratio... it is great that the people you bought them from gave you a listing of what they would eat...they can be picky:) : : Hi, I recently got 2 gliders and the person I bought it from said to feed them the following:
: : Mangos, Peaches, Cantalope, Grapes, Pears....ect : : Chicken : : Dried Cat food. : : I also bought some supplement called Glider Booster. Does anyone have any other suggestions for balanced meals? : : Also the male loves to bite. Why is this?? : : 75% fruit and veggies And 25% protien. They love raw nuts(protien) and corn (protien) also : : Thanks
