Is she barking at you, or is she crabbing at you... very different sounds and meanings! If shes crabbing and trying to run away etc you might want to try offering her favorite foods she can take from your hand, allow her to climb onto your hand in her own time, dont force her to be held... that will only scare her more, try bonding with her when she is asleep scoop her up quickly and place her directly into a pocket or pouch with a treat, most likely she'll just fall back asleep but still be smelling you and getting used to your movement, sounds etc...
