Many people have them in illegal states and have no problem. Will that make it OK. No. Same on the plane. Most people I have known had no problems sneaking them on flights. but some have. One person had the little glider scampering around the cabin and luckily wasn't sued by any of the passengers that it checked out. They can impose stiff fines and take away your glider and put him/her down. Many of wars have been started as to who feels which way on these "delicate" issues. You are risking your pets life when flying with them. What if your glider just has a bad day and you are found out. Or if your flight gets delayed and they start wakin up and want to play. Just trying to give you a perspective of both sides of the issue since you had a positive example posted already.
