thing happened with me! Here's my story:

We were in the kitchen watching my dogs outside and we noticed my Australian Shepherd and English Springer Spaniel(hunting dog, no less) digging under the tree. I went outside and found a wild baby bunny lying on the ground, alive. I ran inside with it, and we put it in a bucket with a towel. Then, stupid me forgetting to bring the dogs in, sees Molly(English Springer Spaniel) holding another in her mouth. I yelled at her to drop it, and she did. I brought that one, and the 2 dogs inside with me. My sister and I went outside to see if there were anymore. We looked under the tree and saw another in the nest. We brought it out and she screamed and saw 2 more. We took those out and there was 1 more!! We've been feeding them with baby bottles for two weeks now, they were 5 days old when we got them. The recipe for substitute bunny milk is:

1 cup whole milk
1 cup water
2 egg yolks
1 Tablespoon Karo syrup

They all have blazes on their heads, except one, so we call him No Blaze. Then we put colors on four other: Blue, Green, Orange, and Purple. We left one, with a blaze, without a color and we call him Blaze. They just recently opened their eyes & ears. Blue passed away on June 19, 1 day after he opened his eyes. Last night Purple died. And this morning, No Blaze left us, too. We went to our pet shop and they say it is rare that you can keep wild rabbits alive. You will have to watch yours and make that it will not become too tame because it was raised by humans. It may grow up and think people are their friends. When ours are adults, we are going to give them to a sanctuary because they are too tame. My Australian Shepherd thinks she's their mom and she lickstheir bottoms, and cleans them. She is constantly guarding them; when we feed them and when they are sleeping. Molly tries to eat them, so we have to watch her. They are hopping around the family floor now, when we let them. You have to keep them very
warm; we use a heating pad over our homemade nest. Be sure to buy hay for them, because they will start eating it. Ween them when they are 20 days old, and do not give them lettuce until 4 weeks because they cannot digest it very well. I will email you phone numbers for sanctuaries when the vet gives them to us. 1 week- 12-15 cc
2 weeks- 25-27 cc
3 weeks- 30+ cc
