You are not going to beleive this: A petstore owner gave me a male glider that had been dumped on him. The male's mate had died and the owner did not want him.

He is now called D'hon (ala Earth Final Conflict) and is he fiesty.! :) He bit me in the store, got out of his box in the car but generally seemed ok with the light and me. He lets me pet him while he is in the cage. We'll try letting him out for a little while this evening.

He is a little obese and the store owner was told he was fed only on brisky's( I ain't buying that, he's too big.)and only seemed to sit in his cage. I've got Brisky's in the cage along with fresh water and fresh fruit. I'll give him some protien tonite.

We lost the little girl from Myra and Myron's last litter. We found her lifeless body last night when we went to feed them. At least since I found a body I know she wasn't eaten. We can't afford a necroposy since our 7yro ferret had to have adrenal surgery this week. I just hope their next litter thrives a little better.

Thanks again to every one who wrote when we lost Janet. Her necroposy was gratis, and incloslusive. She is still missed but her mate has accepted a new female. He is paired up with Edina.

Well, gotta go fix dinner for everyone.'
