If it isn't illegal, it should be. I've heard of people getting gliders shipped ups but not usps. Even so, that's too darn long in a box. The breeder that I got my babies from only shipped where it was less than six hours and in a plastic crate, pretty large, with lots of ventilation. They had to be kept at certain temp etc. And it was EXPENSIVE but I wouldn't have dreamed to doing it any other way. 24 hours in a box is inhumane. They're not mailing fruit cake for gosh sakes.
