I have to agree with Jo... this bites.
Heather, did you get any paperwork with your glider? If they're licensed, they MUST provide the proper ppwk... and if you have it and look to the top right corner... their USDA license # is provided! Call the sector office and ask to speak with the field officer that covers the area they are located in...
Tell this person your grievances... ALL of them. They are obligated to follow up! and to be honest, I believe they are the only ones who CAN do anything...
hmmm... You may need to put it in writing and email/fax it to them, Im not sure...
OH! and if these people are not licensed... and you report what happened to USDA... They're ('xcuse) 'screwed'!
Good Luck...

: Try the USDA. I know the vet who approves licensing is very knowledgeable....but there just isn't enough pet police to do the job. They only go out and check when there is a complaint, then they have to correct it.

: : You know, I was just thinking, isn't there someplace that these people can be turned into and maybe fined or something so it doesn't happen again?I mean they have to be licensed and all so there must me somewhere to call..

: : : Thanks, but I KNOW! My baby's tail was not at ALL fluffed out-- and the breeders I trusted claimed they had no clue as to its age. The point of my message was to make others aware!!!!! I can't bear the thought of someone losing a glider because of a breeders' ignorance!!!
