Hi! Narmi! i'm Whitney, and I think I can answer your questions. The repto-vit is good to have, but you need to make sure you are getting the calcium powder also. I give my glider rep-cal brand and I would recommend that to everyone! there are two kinds, and you can get them at any pet store in the reptile section. Just read the label, one will be a calcium suppliment and one will be a multi vitamin, I recommend getting both. You mix them in with the food and/or sprinkle and lil' on the top. You should mix the fruits and veggies. unless he is not eating the veggies, then you may want to elect a "veggie night" when you only give him veggies, and no fruits for him to get full on. Crab apple branches are good but you may want to strip the bark off before you give it to them. Egg whites may not be enough for protein, have you tried Crickets? You can let your glider eat as much as they want unless of course you notice you are giving him an excessive amount of food, but those lil' guys eat alot for their size! as long as you do not give them too much fat! I hope I have been of some help to you! Post a message for me if you have any questions Buh-Bye!
