First of all, congrats on your new glider. You are a good person to rescue this critter.

Second, have patience. If you just got her, leave her in the cage for a day or two to get calmed down and used to her new surroundings. Feed her treats and food through the cage and talk to her calmly. Try using a pouch vs. a nesting box and take the pouch out during the day and carry her around near your body. We made our first pouch from a sweatshirt sleeve and tied it off to carry him around during the day. That way I didn't have to transfer my guy. Put a piece of cloth next to your body all day and night then put it in the pouch with the glider to get her used to your scent.

Third, don't give up. Just be sure she is eating and drinking and has a hiding place to curl up and sleep. You have a lot of time to do this. Some gliders just take longer. The big thing is to build trust.
