Sugar Gliders use their smell. Try wearing an old t-shirt for a few hours, then placing the shirt in the gliders nest. The Glider may not like the shirt at first (because of the your body scent on the shirt), but the glider will sleep in the shirt and become accustom to your scent. Therefore the glider will associate your scent with safety and comfort, instead of a really big animal that keeps trying to pick him up! Good Luck!!
