That she is convinced there isn't laws there, therfore; she will have no qualms of selling pairs to others as you see, breeding pairs. Now. since she herself chooses to ignore the laws there, that doesn't give those that are buying the the choice either. We try real hard to post the hard core facts so people are aware of the laws, so they themselves can make that decision on their own. Now if you bought a breeding pair ogf gliders, fell in love with them, only to THINK they are legal to have, and someone comes in and confiscates them..You yourself will feel betrayed, this base tries very hard to let people know what the laws are. Too many people don't do any research and take it on the breeders words that they are legal..We are in no way trying to get her gliders confiscated, but people need to be aware of the laws. Much like the discussion on ACME pets about the exotic legality.. It gives people choices.. But at least they know what to expect..not that someone out of the blue comes in and confiscates them.. Resposible ownership extends far beyond our own personal pets, it is also our respponsibility to educate those that need the facts..I don't want to turn this into a flame and that isn't my intention.. but the facts are the facts..
