I bet you're terrified! Yes, I believe that it is a deficientcy. It sounds like it is most likely calcium and Vitamin D that Roo needs. (Although, it might be a number of other vitamins that she's lacking.) I would sprinkle Rep-Cal Calcium over fruits and veggies. Also give her crickets or chicken. And PLEASE contact your vet if this problem persists -- it may be a behavior problem.
