With respect your question about cleaning- I believe Terry meant thaht the food dishes will need cleaned after every meal:-) This interpretation would make sense and would be easy to follow . I hope that helps. I personally have two sets of food bowls and put one load in the dishwasher as I use the others. Nice and sanitary for the gliders!! : Hi! I am Whitney, and I have one sugar glider at the moment. I just found out about this site from a friend a few weeks ago, and lately I have just been answering the questions! but now I have some of my own. : (1). can you take S.G.'s on airplanes? I have never heard anything on this subject, but I recently went on a trip to California (I am from Missouri), and I really wanted to take Crickett, but I was afraid that the air pressure or something would be bad for him, Maybe even the sudden temperature change? If anyone knows anything about this, or has done it themselves, I would like to hear from you! : (2). Where do you take gliders for regular check ups? There are no health problems I am aware of with my glider, but I still would like him to see a vet, just to make sure he is A-OK! My regular vet for my dog and cat, knows nothing about gliders or exotic pets! So, where do I go? : (3). This next question is for the creator of this site, does she read these posts? If not, how can I reach her to ask her my question regarding the pan she uses in her glider cages mentioned in the houseing section of the gliderpedia? I also wanted to know what she meant when she said, they will need cleaning after every feeding? I don 't clean my glider after he eats? Do you guys? : well, thanks ahead of time, and if you have any suggestions or answers, leave me a post! Thank you again.
