Yes, definately. No food out there and no great enough quantity will make up for the benefits of rep-cal for your glider! I've been giving it to Crickett for a year, and I totally reccommend it for anyone. I would also strongly suggest you get the rep-cal brand multi vitamin, it is made by the same rep-cal that produces the calcium supplement and is very benneficial for gliders. I hope this helped you.
