A Multi-Vitamin (such as Glider Aid or Rep-Cal Multi-Vitamin, etc.) is good to have. However, you need to make sure that you use the Rep-Cal Calcium w/ Vitamin D. It phosphorus free (which affects their ability to absorb calcium), and it has Vitamin D (which aids in its aborbtion in calcium.).
