I introduced a new female baby to my other female and really had no problems, and hopefully you won't either! Just keep an eye on them both, don't favor the baby over the other and soon they probably will tell you they are ready to be together. My gliders were in separate cages for about 3 days and then demanded to be put together-they would not stop barking and trying to get to eachother! My first glider had been alone for about 1 1/2 years and was so excited to have a friend her size she got a bit overzealous in exploring the baby, and they baby wanted into her pouch and to be taken care of like her mother had done. They were quite a pair! I would just let your gliders get to know eachother on their own pace, and make sure the male is not too aggressive with the female before she is mature.
