Just call them, I guess, and tell them that you what the next available female glider. They really are
nice people, and I think that they'll help you out.

They're really sorry that this all happened. Well, now that everyone knows what to look for [ ; ) ], it should all work out. I've got my fingers crossed that this time it will be better, and I'm sure it will.
