I also use the sandpaper in the Wodent Wheel trick. I only leave mine in there for one night every two to three weeks. Once I forgot to take it out for two days and their nails were too short and they kept sliding off of things! :(
I felt so bad! Now when I do it I make sure I take it out first thing in the morning with the food! Good Luck!
