I give my gliders dried crickets that are gutloaded with calcium. They are called Flukers. My two gliders love them. I tried giving them live and they just looked at me. These Flukers also have a strong, somewhat pleasant smell which really gets my gliders going. Just another option if you don't want live crickets running around.
