The leadbeaters mix I use, and my gliders seem to enjoy is
1 or 2 hardboiled eggs with shell
1/2 cup of baby cereal (flakes, lots of vitamins)
1/4 cup of wheat germ (healthier if it is Raw)
1/2 cup of any fruit juice
1/2 cup of honey
(I sometimes add a little bit of fruit)
Blend it all in a blender it smells awful
freeze it, it scoops out easy and lasts a long time if frozen
just give your glider 1-2 tablespoons a day
