I have a glider that protects my from my other gliders trying to bite me as well and they all get along great. You aren't a peice of meat for your glider to climb on, you should try to be a friend for your glider, they will eventually think of you as another glider, that gives food and treats. You female glider might be a little jealous if you just take the male out or pay more attention to him, so be sure to give her attention, and try to take them both out together
