You need to work with the new glieder for awhile. Get him to respond to you and bond to you before you put him with the other glider. After he's calmed down a bit... switch their bedding. Then after a couple days start introducing them. Put the new glider in his cage, then let your old glider run about on the cage and sniff blah blah blah. Then hold one glider in each hand and let them sniff eachother. Keep doing those things until they get along...

Oh, on emore thing, go fuss at the pet store. Or better yet, contact the usda, and see if they're breaking any regulations... You could also report them to the better business bureau
