I think its all a matter of personality and preference. Princess loves hers, she was a little leary initially, but now readily jumps into it and tears around my apt. Wesley, on the other hand, has experienced it for the first time Monday night, and hasn't been the same since. He is very very stressed. I think I misread his personality for a good bond. He is very adventurous, curious and friendly... but not bonded. I put him in the ball, and it seems like he holds me responsible for his freak-out in the ball session. I am afraid I lost his trust.

So, in short... have a good bond with your glider before you allow them in the ball. Make sure they trust you... for if they don't you are responsible for their fearful experience.
