I've heard a lot of people say Science Diet is good; in fact, we feed my Kitty feline light. Maybe be sure if you do use cat food that it is a high quality brand, and also ADULT light food. Kitten food is much higher in fat. : Jaded, Cut back on the cat food it is tooo high in protein.. insects also are high but it is part of it's natural diet. Try mixing up some leadbeaters mix and having that available for them as well it is well balanced and you can still feed her the veggies and fruits without a problem. : : : How can I tell if she's really getting fat & not just growing larger around the middle? : : I don't know her real age, but she could be as young as just hand full of months : : I've cut out any fatty snacks. All she gets now is Fruit, Veggies, Cat Food, Insects and occasionally Glideraid. All sprinkled with vitamins. : : I try to feed her insects pretty often as a treat. Could this be the problem? : : Thanks,
