Subject: Yoda and Tiger

Hello everyone,
Just wanted to say that I got my little girl last week. I've
named her Tiger for now, because she does nothing but growl(crab)
at me for everything! It's rather humorous, because she crabs even if
I'm talking to Yoda, walking by her cage, breathing funny, etc. Yoda has
been such a good boy about the whole thing. He has been hissing and barking at her constantly,
she's been ignoring him, except when he crawls in her sleep sack! He's been marking
everything since she came home, but I assume that's normal. It's all so cute!!!
Anyway, she is letting me pet her a little, biting me a little less, hasn't drawn blood, and does
attend to me. There is one problem that I would like a little feedback on. The breeder I got her from
raises all thier gliders on a pellet food they make and sell to various pet stores. This is all she
will eat. I want to try to wean her from it so she is eating the same as Yoda. One main reason
is that she has a very very loose stool that gets everywhere, and smells as bad
as a human baby! It may be stress of new place, but when it happens ALL the time,well...
Has anyone else tried to wean a baby from one food to another? I'm going to start tonight, but
I'd like to know if anyone else has been successful. Thanks for all the advice everyone!
