I purchased one female baby to begin with and she cried all night long, so I found her a guy. The male is very outgoing and loves to climb all over you but she is shy and comes when she feels like it. It takes time, eventually they will come around. : You know what? I think you are doing great! One may like you better than the other or one may bond quicker than the other. But if they both like you then you will be "one of the gang". : Keep up the good work! The fact that you were considerate enough to get two at the same time says alot to me. I know you will do just fine. : : I recently adopted two baby gliders(same sex). I was : : wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to ensure : : that they both bond well with me, as well as each other. : : I decided to adopt two, instead of just one, because : : everything I read said it was better for THEM to have a : : fellow glider companion. I also thought it would be better : : and less stressfull, for them and me, if they grew up : : together rather than trying to introduce a new baby later. : : However, after reading some of the posts here I am worried : : neither will not bond well with ME because they have each : : other to play with. So far, I have been taking them out : : during the day to sleep in my pocket and doing the yogurt : : and petting process when they stir. That part seems to be : : going well, the crabbing is SLOWLY calming down. I am more : : concerned that later they will decide they don't really : : like/need me and will only want to be/play with each other. : : Any suggestions at all will be greatly appreciated! : : Thank you, Karen.
