I have three gliders and it is really hard to monitor who eating what. I have three feeding spots, but I do not want one hogging all the fruit and veggies. Any Advice?

Also my two new gliders nip at me, they are not vicous but they bite my back, hands, and neck, it really hurts. I was thinking of using this stuff called bittter apple, it tastes really bad and they won't want to bite me, but I am scared it might make them not want to come to me. Any Advice?
