I never realized that the frozen mixed veges are not really cooked. When my sister pointed that out to me, I started cooking them first and now my babies like them. On the other hand, they seem to like carrots raw, not cooked. On the sweet potatoes, mine like them raw, not cooked.

I was told that if you use a red light bulb, the gliders can't see that kind of light and they come out freely. I always turn out most of the lights and dim my halogen lights so that they are enticed to come out early. It works!
