I feed my gliders Brisky's, but not all of them will eat it. I have a rescued one that was raised on it, he only got other foods as treats. When I got him, I thought he was rather slim, but he was kept in a cage all by himself for months so he was lonely too. When I got him home, I put a baby girl in with him to keep him company, she would go to the Brisky's dish and eat what he ate, so now she eats it too. They are 2 out of 8 that will eat the Briskys, and I think it's because they were introduced to it when very young. The first time I fed the adults Brisky's they ate it, but never again. I have Brisky's and dry cat food available to them always, they just eat the cat food out of it. It's Waltham's feline growth, it was hard to find one they liked. I think the chances of converting an adult glider's diet to Brisky's is slim, but that's my own experience. If the breeder introduces the joey to Brisky's before sale, it's a good thing. Otherwise it's trial and error and they might not like it after that first feeding they love. I even tried to sneak the Brisky's into the adult's leadbeaters mix, it's leftover anyway. Thresa : How many people out there use Brisky's as their gliders diets. I would like to hear of everyone's experience(good or bad). Also I would like to know the best way to switch my gliders to Brisky's.
