I introduced an older female to a younger male in all of 5 minutes time and they have been friends ever since. Then a couple of weeks later I tried to introduce my tiniest baby girl to the older teenage girl and the older one attacked. I haven't tried to get them together again since then cause I'm chicken. I'm afraid she will attack my baby girl again.

Be very cautious and separate them immediately if you see aggressive behaviour. I have heard alot of success stories about bonding two females. Every Gliders personality is different.
