Melody,

Hi, concerning your recent question about dogs, I think that if you have to ask that question, you most certainly have not done enough research on sugar gliders to be ready to get them yet!!

Please read the post entitled "TO ANYONE LOOKING TO GET THEIR 1ST GLIDER..." And then do about 4 hours of research via the net. And as for your question, you will find the following almost everywhere: Although it is possible that a large dog and a glider could get along, it is extremely rare. If the dog made the slightest attempt to be friendly, it would probably kill it (and a large puppy? ever see a puppy with a sock?) It could easily be a glider.

After doing all the research, you may still end up getting your gliders AND your brothers Husky. And you may have a fun lifetime with your glider(s), but you really need to educate yourself about these precious little animals first! (I'd start with one, if I were you)

Happy glidering!

Kristi
: I am 15 years old. I am planning on getting a pair of baby sugar gliders sometime soon, and my brother wants to get a Siberian Husky puppy. Does anyone own a Siberian Husky (or any king of dog) and a sugar glider? Is it possible for them to get along? I heard that Siberian Huskies will eat anything smaller than a cat instinctively, even if they're raised together. Does anyone have any experiences or advice? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.
