In fact I built my cage using them. The tool to cinch the rings is about 7 bucks 100 rings are about 2 dollars. They are very sturdy. They make small triangles and are almost impossible to cut! I used them to connect the panels in my cage. I just spaced them out so there weren't any holes she could get through. But I also used it on the door. They make great hinges, and I just use clothes pins to connect the door to the other side. Easy to remove, and it just swings right out with the hinges! Hope that helps. Scott Runnels : I used plastic cable ties (found in any hardware store) to attach the door to the wire. : Clara : : Is there a special hinge, or some way that I can make a hinge, for a cage door?
