Do you ever wash them? Clean out their cage, sterilize it with bleach, rinse. Give them a bath... I sometimes just leave them in their cage when I wash them. I'll then turn the hose onto spray and spray into the air and let it fall onto them. They come out of their nestbox and jump around in the water and dont seem to hate it too much. A little of that and then they can finish the job themselves...
