I have just recently heard that the color of their little noses can indicate health concerns. Can anyone tell me more about this? Is it a vitamin deficiency of some sort?

Just wondering because Princesses nose can get pale one day and back to normal the next. If anyone has any information they would be willing to share, I would really appreciate it!
