I use Bourbon's recipe.
One 4oz. bottle Gerber Mixed Fruit Juice w/yogurt (white juice)
1/2 c. honey
1 egg- boiled w/shell
1/2 c. high protien baby cereal (flakes)
2 teaspoons Rep-cal
1/4 c. wheat germ
1 2oz. jar of stage two baby chicken food.
Mix well and put in a freezer safe container and freeze it.
Ta da! Thats it! Pretty painless really, the thing I like best about it is that if I run out of something I can just run to the grocery store and pick it up. I don't have to wait and order it. Give it a try! :)
