CONGRATULATIONS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As long as mom's cool with the baby, you shouldn't need to do anything, but watch it grow up. The mother and father seem to do a fantastic job with raising them. But if mom does reject the baby, your gonna have a hand full -- but you may be assured that the folks on this page can and will carefully walk you through hand raising a joey -- But let's not go there if you don't have to. Tried as I might not to, though, I fussed over momma and baby for days (scratch that -- more like weeks, no scratch that too, I still do). I could hardly wait for the baby to detach from mom so I could hold it. It was really hard for me to leave the baby alone, but I knew that I needed to limit my handling, at least until its eyes were open. Which by the way, seems to be about 10-12 days after final oop date Best Wishes
