Two ways, number one I feed a pelleted food called accu-feed for sugar gliders from BPP. and second I make a fruit fly trap. You take a clear plastic container like the kind that pimento spread or potatoe salad comes in, put your fruit trimmings into it, cover it with a clear cling wrap then punch a few holes into it with a tooth pick. The flies smell their way into the trap but can't seem to find their way out. Then put it into the freezer for about 1/2, then empty and refill with fresh fruit trimmings.
