Hi, Bandit's bald spot on his chest is really red, and it has a bump on it. I tried to put some Vitiman E on it but the first chance he got, off it came. It has just appeared is it mabye just irritated because it is just coming in?
Please help.

P.S. I am going to make a vet appointment, but I want to hear the scoop from you guys.
