well, lets see.. it IS very possible, however not literally clawing your eyes out, the cornea could easliy get scratched if not real careful, I have been known to get face huggers, when I least expect it, and a few times felt the excruating pain of a claw stuck in my eyelid, a few scratches on the face etc..I have to say the most painful though has been a claw in the nose..not on it, in it. and the lip area.. but I have also heard of someone getting their cornea scratched.. now is your question,, can it happen? or does it happen all the time? Cause if it is does it happen all the time, well, most of us here would not be able to see our gliders to enjoy some of their antics...LOL
