Subject: Playing....? Posted by Heather on October 13, 1999 at 06:33:53 from 204.233.41.5 Well, here's the situation. First of all, my glider sleeps SOOOOOOO late at night, that I've had to start getting up early to play with her, because I can't stay awake that late at night! Hehehehe.... I figured since she's still up when I get up in the mornings, I'd just get up an hour or so earlier, and give her about an hour and a half to two hours of playtime then. But what happens is, she basically just runs around and climbs things (as gliders do). She does climb around on me sometimes, but this is mostly on nights when she wakes earlier. In the morning, I'm walking around the room getting ready, and when I go over to her, she's absorbed in something else. She will play on me, and doesn't run from me or anything.... but I'm just wondering if anybody has any suggestions of things I can do so we can play TOGETHER? She doesn't seem interested in the hamster ball... or in feathers, or sticks (for chasing and pulling etc etc etc)... I'm kind of at a loss here! :P Any help would really be appreciated. I know if she plays with me, she'll become more bonded through it. Other than the playtime problem, we're doing really well. She's super sweet during the day-- she never crabs at me, will come out of the pouch onto my hand, etc. She's SO CUTE!!! :) Anyway, sorry for babbling.... hehehe :)
