Sorry, there's not too much you can do about their peeing. Gliders are incontinent and "just go" when the need to. They are more likely to pee when they first wake up or are scared, startled or in a new place. Believe me, I get peed on all the time by mine, they make me feel like an outhouse=) I have heard some stories of gliders that will usually only pee in there cage but that is a very small portion of the glider population. You're glider is probably marking you if he is bonded to you. He just wants everyone to know you are "his". SO my advice is to that you probably will have to just put up with it, most of us do anyway. You can try waking him up and letting him run around his cage and pee first before you take him out. That might "empty him out" a little and not make you such a mess. It's just part of owing a glider!! Good luck and best wishes!!:)

: I have an adorable male named Camero(not neutered) that I just have one problem with. He likes to pee on me! I love to let him run loose in my bedroom at night (gliderproofed of course), and while I don't mind him running up to say Hi, I just don't like the whole wetting thing. Is he "marking" me? Have anyone else had this problem and how do you stop it? He doesn't seem to wet anywhere else in the room, eihter that or he has a huge bladder. Any insight would be nice. Thanks.
